I know, I know, there’s no picture with this, but how do you take a photo of a car NOT overheating or puking coolant? Not very dramatic.
Anyway, the car is together, and even at 90 degrees and sunny, the temp gauge stays right at 195. Good news, no more worries about traffic, setting at lights, warm days. It’s driveable. Even in a downpour, which I came home in tonight from work. It was kind of fun actually, watching the rooster tails from the rear tires and the “wake” from the front fenders. I stayed dry, although a little rain came in between the windshield frame and top. More weather-stripping…
We decided to not go to Indy to the Goodguys show. I’d have had to borrow a trailer, it’d have been an expensive weekend, and we’d have missed the Vicksburg Old Car Festival, with our TCT friends. So, we’re doing that instead.
Photos when something interesting happens…
And I just love spending time in the Spartan with you!
We’ll be snug and cozy.
