Put a big “DONE” stamp on the Spartans wiring and firring strip installation, we’re on to the insulation before the cold weather arrives. I’m having hip replacement surgery next week, so no work on this or any of the other projects for a while, but I’m looking forward to relief from pain, and renewed activity on this, the Riviera, the at’bird ans ’34 roadster projects.
Hope all goes well with the surgery! I love your posts. Got to go in a Spartanette, 51, this summer, been sitting in the same spot since 51. Wow! Can’t wait to see yours finished at Dearborn!
Spartan project is looking good. On a recent trip north up M-66, I saw what looked to be a possible Spartan trailer by a barn on the east side of the road just south of the Chippewa Hills high School which is south of Barryton, MI. Didn’t stop, but it looked like it might have had a for sale note on it. Some of yout TCT friends might want to check it out if they’re travelling that way. Hope the surgery is successful and the recovery uneventful and quick!
Good luck with your new hip. Working in pain is not much fun. I had to sell off almost everything and just spend my time here because of age and injuries. I will look foreward to seeing you finish up your projects.
